The hotel room had a very musty smell and was intolerable without air conditioning. It was a bit dated, small for the price, and dirty upon arrival, so I requested a vacuum cleaner to clean it up. Despite these issues, the location was excellent with proximity to Ela Beach, and it was easy to move around. The morning buffet was basic but adequate, and the views from the beach were great.
Arriving at the hotel, I found the room to be a bit dirty, hot, and smelly initially, but after a quick fix of the missing pillowcase, it was better. The grandeur seems to have faded over time, and the TV in the first room was a nice touch. The service was very friendly and accessible to all banking and shopping needs in the central area. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore Ela Beach, nearby shops, and the central business district of Port Moresby. The dining experience offered a good selection with a perfect sea view, particularly at the Cafe and Rapala. The facilities were up to standard, catering to various needs and preferences.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and convenience. The rooms were clean and quiet, offering exceptional pillows for a good night's sleep. However, the initial room condition was not pleasant, but the staff quickly addressed it. The service was outstanding, with staff always ready to help and make my stay enjoyable. The location was excellent for business and offered easy access to key areas. The dining experience was satisfying with a good selection, and the facilities were well-maintained.
